Where are you, and where are you headed? |
The first important step in Enterprise Performance Transformation is understanding the current-state of a process, be it in IT, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources or any of the other SG&A domains. The combination of current-state insight and desired-state vision leads to a determination of critical gaps, options to close gaps and to achieve desired state, and ultimately to a performance transformation strategy. Our Process Calibration services achieve this objective.
 |
Our Audit Services generate critical qualitative insights. Given our commitment to fostering industry standards, First Kernel has collaborated since 2005 with several industry pioneers in forming the Enterprise Transformation Management Forum (ETM Forum) at the 20/20 Enterprise Transformation Center, University of Texas at Dallas, and pioneered the industry’s first ever enterprise Transformation Maturity Model (eTMM). ETM is a nonprofit entity and the eTMM reference model offers the first public-domain blueprint for SG&A transformation.
|
Our Benchmarking and Baselining Services yield critical quantitative insights. Consistent with our commitment to open metrics and regular benchmarking to achieve year-over-year improvements in costs, service levels and compliance in SG&A domains, we utilize the Process Composition Framework (PCF), performance metrics and global SG&A benchmark data from the American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC). APQC, a nonprofit entity, has been a leading provider of best practices research, metrics, and measures for more than 27 years.

The resulting transformation strategy and roadmap leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights.
